Illness Policy

In order to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course meetings (with an 80% attendance requirement for passing the course). If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a coaching session, please contact your instructor and hello@coachingbeyondhub.com immediately. You will be expected to complete the session materials and review the session recording to make up for the mixed session. If you miss more than 20% of the live sessions then you will be expected to attend additional live sessions and pay the fees outlined in your contract.

If you miss group mentor coaching, you can attend one of the additional sessions that will be offered towards the end of the course. If you are unable to attend or miss these sessions then further sessions can be arranged at a fee. If you miss your individual mentoring, you will be expected to reschedule and a cancellation fee paid (petitions to this will be considered on a case by case basis at stated below).

Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and (organisation).
